Fruity extra virgin olive oil arrived relatively late in the range of our oils as it was created to satisfy the requests of some loyal customers, looking for an oil with a more vigorous flavour.

It is obtained by pressing olives of the sweet and delicate variety, with the wise addition of a variety called Coratina di Puglia (about 30%) with a more intense flavour. A tasty oil that is reminiscent of artichoke and is perfect to combine with dishes with a strong flavour, excellent for summer salads and with the typical "garlic, oil and chilli" pasta.
